February 2010....

Its been a while since I have updated the site, a lot has happened.

I have had some health problems so have had to make some tough decisions and have cut right down on the ponies.

Our lovely highland colt Lagalgarve Ben Ghuilean has been sold to an excellent home, but this was a very hard decision to make, Ben was very very special to me.

Hollybank Dolly Mixture and Farriers Final Chance are both on loan to excellent homes to two friends who keep them on the same yard, so it is nice they are still together.  Hollybank Saint Lucy is also their with them on grass livery, so all my ladies are together.  Lagalgarve Harris is on loan in North Wales and his loaner plans to buy him.

We sold the big wagon and I have had a small one built it is wonderful and means I can drive it myself, I think David is glad we will be able to share the driving at some of the far shows.

So a lot of change and some hard decisions but sometimes we must put our health first.

So we are now getting Mallards Wood Saint Peter (NF) and Eastlands White Hawthorn (connemara) ready for the season.  Mallards Wood Saint Peter is also getting broken in this year, he is now 5.  I also have an excellent rider lined up for him, a good friend of mine who has liked him from a foal, so a nice match.

I would also like to thank everyone who has sent there best wishes and for the cards I have recieved.  I look forward to seeing you all at some shows this season.

15th March 2009 - Osbaldeston

Lagalgarve Ben Ghuilean made his show ring debut.  He went in the open M&M Large breeds class.  Coming second to a lovely fell stallion, Ben was the only youngster in the class and the only highland.  A great first outing, more importantly he loved it....

2009 News

It is now 1st March and the ponies we are showing the first half of the year are ready to compete now.

During the 2009 season we will be showing:-

Lagalgarve Harris - 4 year old highland; Harris will contest a very small number of shows under saddle.
